How to Use the Knife Tool:
1. Select the Shape
2. Cut all the way through the Shape with the Knife Tool
** The Knife Tool is NOT THE SLICE TOOL.
3. Deselect and Color or Delete.
Note: If you have multiple value layers is the reason you should delete rather than recolor.
