RECIPES
🎃 Pumpkin Spice Granola 🎃
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup walnuts
1/3 cup pecans
1/4 cup flax meal
2 cups rolled oats
Method
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
2. Transfer mixture to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and flatten into an even layer. Let bake in the oven @ 325 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden.
3. Remove from oven and let cool for 20-30 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
🥕 One-Bowl Vegan Carrot Cake 🥕

🍁 Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats 🍁
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tsp flax meal
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like using Sprout Living)
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp maple syrup
2/3 cup almond milk
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or a bowl and whisk together until well combined. Let the oats sit overnight or for at LEAST 4-6 hours before serving. Top with pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, pecans, almond butter, and banana!
