Thanks for joining me for another What's for Dinner video! This week I've got two DELICIOUS meals and an easy, yummy dessert that's perfect for fall. I had to pre-film this week's meals, so I did not get any info on Laura (Subbie Supper) until after I had filmed. But here's more about her:

From Laura: I am an elementary librarian in Alabama. I have a cat named Phoebe (after my favorite Friends character) and a puppy named Ollie. On the weekends, I love to cook, read, and catch up on Netflix.

TURKEY SHEPHERD'S PIE
1 lb ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
2 cups brown gravy (I only used 1 and it was perfect)
8 slices American cheese (we used 2 cups shredded cheddar)
4 cups mashed potatoes (I used 4 potatoes and it was perfect)
*Laura suggested adding a drained can of peas and carrots*

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown turkey and onion over medium high heat until cooked through. *I added salt & pepper, Auntie Nono's seasoning blend, and 2 tbsp minced garlic.* Once cooked thru, add peas and carrots if you desire. Drain turkey if needed.

Place turkey into greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with brown gravy, cheese, and finally mashed potatoes. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
