The Story of Kareena Aspinall

In acknowledgement of the 2022 theme of NAIDOC week: Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! Ryderwear is celebrating the athletes and innovators who are changing the face of fitness.

Ryderwear was welcomed by Kareena Aspinall, to capture and share her story to help educate others about the Stolen Generation, and inspire people to overcome life’s adversities through fitness and the community involved in it. This is her story.
