THE WORKOUT:
A1) Barbell Overhead Press
B1) Y Raise
C1) Front and side raise - alternating
D1) Tricep DB Kickback
E1) Overhead cable tricep extension (leaning forward)
F1) Assisted Dip Machine
Complete 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets. Rest as needed 💦
