Gobot Crasher admits she doesn't enjoy chasing Guardians all the time

Clip is from the TV series Challenge of the Gobots (1984), Episode Transfer Point. Buy the series and support everyone involved, it's a pretty good series and I enjoy watching it. The series is a lot better than many people give it credit for. I recently got the miniseries (first five episodes of the series) on DVD and will buy the rest later. I want to support the company who owns the TV series, you see.

I have said I believe Crasher isn't actually evil. I believe this with all my heart. I show this clip as more evidence. Trying to reverse the effects of a malfunctioning Astrobeam (gobots use it so they can teleport) Gobot Scooter ends up trying to run away from Crasher (the Porsche 956), who was ordered by her evil boss Cy-Kill to chase him.

In her one and only moment of SPOKEN honesty, Crasher revealed to Scooter it does get tiresome and she doesn't actually enjoy doing this. Chasing and playing and having fun? She loves it. Occasionally. Then she gets bored. Cy-Kill makes her do this stuff over and over and over. She would rather be doing her demolition derbies and her car races instead of this. As I have said, she doesn't really have any interest in Cy-Kill's "cause"

Crasher chose a time when her and Scooter would be just the two of them so no one would overhear her. Also, Scooter was a good convenient choice to confide in. He wouldn't tell anyone - not any of the Renegades, and especially not Cy-Kill, who would not be pleased in the least if he had known what she said - and to a Guardian, at that! Especially as he had given her such a high rank and status in his so called army and because he demands obedience and submission to him.

Btw Crasher though only showed her full power just once against a statue. She would have been a super dangerous force for evil villain (and Crasher's evil boss) Cy-Kill if she never had a moral warrior code. Cy-Kill has none of a moral warrior code whatever, no compassion, no empathy whatever, he does kill a lot in the show and so lives up to his name perfectly. Crasher loves - well, crashing, as her name implies (she loved her demolition derbies), as well as car racing (well she is half Porsche 956, so naturally she enjoyed racing, and being a Porsche 956 which is a fragile car not made for derbies, I imagine Crasher had had extra armor put in to protect her body so she could participate in derbies as well as races.)

If you are a fan of motorsport you'd like Crasher because before she became a Renegade she was a motorsport champion) but she is not a killer and she will not and does not kill anyone. She is a much better half-girl than most people give her credit for. If you buy the TV series and watch it, Crasher is actually a fairly well developed character and she isn't really evil (even though when she talks, she sounds like it). It's something people have to look below the surface to see, however, because, shallowly, on the surface, all most people will see is her laughing when she shoots her blasters. Crasher lived by a moral warrior code and, I deeply suspect, her behavior all through the series (doing things that resembled her former career) shows that what she ACTUALLY wants is to be in motorsport again.
