Alternatively, work off the 4 butt exercises below at your own pace.

It's 4 booty building exercises, completed in an interval format (45 seconds work/15 seconds rest). Repeat x2 sets for an 8 minute workout.

1️⃣ Table Top Leg Lifts (Curtsy)
2️⃣ Table Top Glute Stamps + Leg Extension (3 glute stamp pulses + 3 leg extension pulses)
3️⃣ Advanced Clamshell
4️⃣ Frog Glute Bridges or Frog Pumps
X2 Sets

*Perform exercise 1-3 on the right side of the body first set and the left side of the body second set.
