How to Tour a Home

When you tour a home for the first time, there are little things you can check to be sure the home is running properly. You don't need to go crazy and inspect everything, that's what a home inspector is for. However, you can check the lights, faucets, and other items to see how everything looks and runs. If you decide to put an offer in on the home, you'll have more knowledge and can make a better more informed offer to the seller.
