This beautiful 𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘷𝘢 𝘒𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘢 I learned from my dance guru Sucheta Chapekar is a gem of rhythm intertwined with meaningful words, describing the sound of Shiva’s damaru from where the whole universe expands.

To carry this choreographic fragment in another contexte, on a natural stage, like this Swedish castle, and voicing the rhythm myself, interacting with Sri Vyshnavi Korlakunta another dancer from Andhra pradesh in her kuchipudi style, was a great joy.
