How to make Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallows AND Pecans! Easy Thanksgiving Side Dish

In this video I will be showing you how to make sweet potato casserole!

NOTE: In this video I accidentally referred to the pecans as walnuts but in this recipe I used pecans not walnuts !

Ingredients :

4.5 pounds sweet potatoes / 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes ( bake potatoes at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes and then mash or boil for 20 minutes and then mash )
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
3 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
3 tbsp cold cubed unsalted butter
1 cup pecans
2-3 cups small marshmallows ( or big ones )
