Candied Sweet Potatoes (Yams)

A traditional side dish for your Thanksgiving table. I look forward to this every year.

👩🏻‍🍳 CANDIED SWEET POTATOES

3 lbs sweet potatoes (4 large potatoes)
½ cup brown sugar
4 tbs butter (1/2 stick)
mini marshmallows (approximately 3 cups)

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins.
