SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all & mix well.
Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 stick cold butter

Combine brown sugar, flour, & butter with fork or pastry cutter.
Add in nuts.
Put this mixture on top of the sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
