ZUPPA TOSCANA | Olive Garden | HOW TO MAKE | Keto LOW CARB

EASY KETO ZUPPA TOSCANA | HOW TO MAKE | LOW CARB

Ingredients:
1lb Italian sausage (sweet, mild or hot)
10 oz frozen or fresh cauliflower florets
10 oz frozen or fresh chopped kale
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup of heavy cream (half & half works too) or any non-dairy substitute
5 cups total of chicken broth or stock or a mix (can also use any kind you like)

Seasonings:
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs garlic paste
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)

Add sausage to the pan on medium to medium high heat. Cook for about 1 minute before adding all seasonings and onion to meat. Cook sausage until almost cooked through but not completely. Add broth/stock, cauliflower and kale (if using frozen) and bring to boil. Add cream and kale (if using fresh) and bring to boil again. Stir and serve.

garnish:
sprinkle or parsley
crispy bacon bits
