HOW TO MAKE | FIVE SPICE CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS | EASY KETO RECIPES

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken (or any ground protein you like)
1/4 cup chopped scallion
1/4 cup diced onion
butter lettuce leaves
2 tbs Sesame oil (or any oil you like)
3 tbs Low sodium soy sauce (added in 1.5 tbs increments during cooking process)
3 tbs sriracha (added in 1.5 tbs increments during cooking process)
2 tsp chinese five spice
1tbs garlic paste
1/2 tbs ginger paste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Add oil to pan and heat through on medium high heat. Add garlic and ginger paste to pan and cook for about 1 minute. Add ground chicken to pan and cook for a few minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Add seasonings and mix well. Add onion and scallion and mix. Add half of the soy sauce and sriracha and mix. Cook for a few minutes and add last half of the soy sauce and sriracha. Place mixture into lettuce wraps, top with favorite garnish and serve.
