KETO-Friendly EASY Egg Breakfast Muffins 3 WAYS!! HOW TO: Breakfast and Brunch Recipes
10 large eggs
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
paprika to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
sea salt to taste
Greek Inspired Egg Muffins
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped, pitted kalamata olives
Pizza Egg Muffins
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Broccoli Cheddar Egg Muffins
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wisk eggs in bowl and add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and sea salt. Wisk again. Use cooking spray to coat muffin cups. Fill cups half way with egg mixture. Add "greek inspired" ingredients even to 4 cups. Add Pizza ingredients evenly to 4 more cups. Add broccoli cheddar ingredients to the last 4 cups. Add more egg mixture to all cups to fill almost to the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until firm and cooked through.
