After thinking about these noodles for YEARS, I finally attempt to make a homemade version of Chinese-style #handpulled #noodles. These are the noodles that look effortless to make in the hands of a master, but in reality they're a pain to make. So away we go!

My recipe was adapted from Peter Looi find his original recipe (link) below:
250 g. cake flour
1 1/2 t. Kosher salt
~150 ml more or less, probably more or not? :)
