Convict Conditioning In-Depth Review. My thoughts about BIG SIX and Paul Wade

I was a true follower of the Convict Conditioning series, and thus I gathered some experience with the Big Six training system. Therefore, in this video, I share my thoughts about the Big 6 training structure, the methodology, and x-ray the exercises inside the book.

I also talk about whether coach Paul Wade exists or is all pure and incredible marketing. The secrecy behind raised many questions, and nobody proved yet that some exercises like The One-Arm Handstand Pushup are achievable or possible. The same for the military pushup elite standard of 100 reps per arm. But there are many other aspects to discuss, and I am happy I finally managed to provide a full in-depth review of the Convict Conditioning book.

Do not get me wrong. I like a lot of exercises presented in the book. They are really useful for building raw strength and athleticism, but besides the fancy wording and captivating storytelling, there is more.

I also talk about how Convict Conditioning relates to strength gains and also muscles. Is Convict Conditioning for strength only? Does Paul Wade recommend only low volumes, and is he against high-rep training? These are merely some subjects I debate in the vlog.
