CGMs have become very popular on social media and have been claimed to be a useful tool for weight loss, better energy and sleep, and for improving overall health but are all of these claims true? I used a CGM for 30 days to track my blood sugar and did a bunch of research on this topic to determine if CGMs are useful tools to reach your goals or just another health trend. On this channel, I focus on the psychology of health and wellness so we will be discussing the mental impact of using a CGM as well?
