브런치에 빵과 함께 내놓으면 아주 훌륭한 당근 라페와 썬드라이 토마토를 만들었어요.

사실 썬드라이 토마토가 필요한데 시중에 유통하는 제품은 해바라기유로 만들고 크기나 모양이 마음에 안 들어서 직접 만들기로 했어요.

수제품은 양도 적으면서 가격도 비싸고 해서 이 번 기회에 왕창 만들어 냉동실에 쟁여놨답니다.

예전부터 만들어야지 했던 당근 라페도같이 만들었어요.

당근 라페는 샌드위치 만들 때 가득 넣으면 아주 맛있거든요.

얼마 전 만들었던 올리브 빵과 같이 소시지 끓는물에 데치고 달걀 프라이해서 먹었더니 아주 맛있네요.

많이 만들어 쟁여놨더니 아주 든든하네요.

Served with bread for brunch, it makes a great carrot latte and sun-dried tomato.

Actually, I need sun-dried tomatoes, but the products on the market are made with sunflower oil, and I didn't like the size or shape, so I decided to make my own.

Handmade products are small in quantity and expensive, so I took this opportunity to make a lot of them and store them in the freezer.

I also made the carrot laffe, which I had to make for a long time.

Carrot laffe is very delicious if you fill it up when making a sandwich.

Like the olive bread I made recently, I blanched the sausage in boiling water and ate it with a fried egg. It was very delicious.

□ 8g (1/2 tbsp) flower salt
