오늘은 귀엽고 앙증맞은 작은 우유빵 '밀크 파베'를 만들어 볼게요.
달콤하고 부드러워 아이들도 어른들도 모두 좋아하는 빵입니다.
구워서 바로 먹을 때는 달콤하고 고소한 향과 부드러운 식감에 너무 맛있어요.
다음날 숙성시킨 후 먹을 때는 토스트기에 올려서 살짝 데워 먹어요.
따뜻하고 쫄깃한 식감을 즐길 수 있어요.
반죽 과정 중 냉장실에서 숙성을 시켜서 더욱 쫄깃한 식감을 즐길 수 있답니다.
'파베'는 프랑스어로 '벽돌'이라는 뜻인데요.
유럽을 벽돌 거리를 연상해서 만든 빵입니다.
달걀을 넣지 않아 가볍게 간식으로 즐길 수 있어요.
탈지 분유를 넣어 풍미와 보존성을 높였고요.
만약 연유가 있다면 탈지 분유 대신 10g 정도 넣어보세요.
더욱 부드러운 식감을 즐길 수 있답니다.

Today, I'm going to make a cute and adorable little milk bread 'Milk Pave'.
Sweet and soft, this bread is loved by children and adults alike.
When eaten right after baking, it is so delicious with its sweet and savory flavor and soft texture.
After ripening the next day, when you eat it, put it on a toaster and warm it up a little.
You can enjoy the warm and chewy texture.
You can enjoy a more chewy texture by aging in the refrigerator during the kneading process.
'Pave' means 'brick' in French.
This bread is made reminiscent of a brick street in Europe.
Since it does not contain eggs, it can be enjoyed as a light snack.
Added skim milk powder to enhance flavor and preservation.
If you have condensed milk, try adding 10g instead of skim milk powder.
You can enjoy a softer texture.
