Meet Stella! | Baby Born at 41 Weeks

Easily one of the biggest and best changes of my life was the birth of my daughter, Stella Marie; born on October 6, 2017 at 4:17am, weighing 6.1 pounds and measuring 18 inches long. In total, my labor lasted 40 hours so it was such a relief to finally meet her! I will film a separate labor and delivery video detailing the events. Baby Stella was born at my 41 week 6 day mark. Initially my scheduled induction was one days prior, but I went into labor naturally the night before my induction date so thankfully the hospital decided to admit me regardless of my 1 cm dilation. Typically they admit patients at 3-4 cm dilation. My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful and excited at the birth of our happy and healthy baby girl. Welcome to the world, Stella.
