Baby's 6 Month Update! | Starting Solids, Rolling, 1st Words

In today's video I'll talk about a 6 month old baby's milestones in the categories of motor skills, sleeping habits, feeding schedule (introduction of rice cereal), and personality traits. Stella was born on October 6, 2017 and is currently 3 days away from being 6 months old. A week ago she had her first meal of rice cereal; I mixed it in a 1:4 ratio of cereal to breastmilk and fed it to her with a silicone spoon.

As a 6 month old baby, she can easily roll over from her stomach to back and back to stomach. She enjoys sleeping on her side or stomach in her crib.

She has begun consistently saying the word "da-da" and "na-na" for the past week.

She takes two naps in the day, one at noon and the other at 3 PM.

She wakes up 2x per night to be fed, and sleeps in 4 hour intervals.

She currently weighs 15.2 lbs!
