Sr Journalist Dilip Bobb discusses the start of the Me Too movement in India. He indicates the initial cases reported which are related to the media and entertainment industry. He also outlines the trend about the number of complaints after the introduction of POSH Law.

Dilip Bobb had joined India Today in 1975, just before its launch in December. He started as a correspondent and was its Managing Editor, when he left in October 2010. Then joined Indian Express as Group Editor, Special Features in January 2011, and combined writing articles and features for Indian Express and its sister publication, Financial Express, till 2014.He returned to magazine journalism to joined Outlook as Senior Managing Editor the same year. He left after two years when the management decided it needed a change of the top editorial staff which was anti-establishment. Dilip then joined the online edition of NDTV as a senior editor. It was only for a short period since he felt he was not professionally suited for online instant journalism. He then joined India Legal magazine as Senior Managing Editor where he contributes a regular column on legal issues in the news.
