Found a 1 euro house in Cantiano Italy Purchase Process details

We found a 1 euro house in Cantiano. Well not exactly in the community of Cantiano. The last remaining 1 euro house is actually in a 'frazione' of Cantiano called 'Pian di Lucchio. This section of the valley consists of about 10 homes, most of which are being used as vacation homes.

The 1 euro house we located seems to be a typically independent home in the country until you look a bit closer and discover a significant crack in the main support structure of the property. It was nice to get a look at what could be purchased for 1 euro in Cantiano though I don't think it's right for me.
