The Watermelon Seed : An online ESL lesson with crafts activities and a visit from Gobo

The Watermelon Seed Activity Video: Danielle and Gobo, from Learn and Play en Anglais, talk about the crafts that they have created for the wonderful book that they are reading called, "The Watermelon Seed." Watch Gobo (the classroom puppet, that doesn't know he's a puppet...) make comments on the book and the hands on activity that was made specifically for our English language classroom. Use this video with your ESL students to talk about what to expect from the upcoming project. You can also use this video as a classroom conversation starter as you talk about Gobo and how he reacts to what Danielle says in the video.
