Enchiladas (raw vegan) ☆ エンチラーダの作り方

This video shows you how to make Raw tortilla, mexican pate and cashew sauce.

Ingredients:

for the tortilla :
50g almonds
200g carrot
250g water
1 tbsp psylium

for the cashew sauce :
100g cashew nuts
100g water
1 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp lemon juice
a hint of salt

for the pate :
50g walnuts
50g pumpkin seeds
5g dried tomato (soak them beforehand)
15g dried tomato powder
50g onion
25g celery
5g garlic
5g ginger
1 tsp dried basil
a hint of salt

Instructions:

1. blend all the ingredients for the tortilla with a high power blender.
2. make the mixture into round shape(16cm in diameter).
3. dehydrate at 118F/48C for 6 to 8 hours.
4. put all the ingredients for the pate in a food processor and blend well.
5. blend all the ingredients for the cashew sauce until smooth with a blender.
6. plate everything on a plate.

「材料」

トルティーヤ
アーモンド　50g
人参　200g
水　250g
サイリウム　大さじ1

カシューソース
カシューナッツ　100g
水　100g
ニュートリショナルイースト　小さじ1
レモン果汁　小さじ1
塩　少々

パテ
くるみ　50g
かぼちゃの種　50g
ドライトマト　15g（浸水して柔らかくしておく）
ドライトマトパウダー　15g
玉ねぎ　50g
セロリ　25g
にんにく　5g
生姜　5g
ドライバジル　小さじ1
塩　少々

「作り方」

１、トルティーヤの全ての材料をハイパワーブレンダーで滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
２、生地を薄い丸型にのばす。（直径16cmほど）
３、ディハイドレーターで４８℃で６〜８時間ほど乾燥させる。
４、パテの全ての材料をフードプロセッサーにかける。
５、カシューソースの全ての材料をブレンダーにかける。
６、全てを綺麗に盛り付ける。
