In this fun evening masterclass, kick back, grab a cocktail shaker and watch as the Sunday Telegraph’s drinks columnist Susy Atkins and top bartender Joe Schofield show you the best techniques and essential ingredients used by the UK’s best mixologists.

Joe gives his tips on how to create your own cocktail based on classic recipes - but using the ingredients you love. He also demonstrates his tried and tested technique for adding a garnish to your drink without overpowering your palette.
