POSTURE, MUDRAS, MANTRAS related to BRAIN Interview with Dr. Nazareth Castellanos (English&Español)

We are very excited to start our new project “Conscius Net” with an extraordinary woman: Dr. Nazareth Castellanos.
Graduate in Theoretical Physics and Doctor in Medicine - Neuroscience - from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). Master in Mathematics applied to biology and Master in Neuroscience from the UAM Faculty of Medicine.
In here she talks about the mind-body relationship and how the brain interprets our postures, gestures and the use of our tongue.
This is directly related to the use of mudras, mantras and postures that we use in kundalini yoga.

Estamos muy emocionadas de comenzar nuestro nuevo proyecto “Consciusnet” con una extraordinaria mujer: Nazareth Castellanos.
Licenciada en Física teórica y doctora en Medicina - Neurociencia - por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). Master en Matemáticas aplicadas a la biología y Master en Neurociencias por la Facultad de Medicina de la UAM.
El video que publicaremos hablará sobre la relación mente- cuerpo y de cómo el cerebro interpreta nuestras posturas, gestos y la posición de nuestra lengua.
Esto se relaciona directamente con el uso de los mudras y las posturas que utilizamos en kundalini yoga.
