Bake in oven 425F (220C)
45 mins or until instant thermometer reads 165F / 74C for the chicken and potatoes are tender

Marinate chicken 2hrs up to 24hrs

6-7 large garlic coves pressed
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp chilli powder
8 chicken thighs skin on
1 1/2 pounds of new potatoes
4 large lemons squeezed
2 Tbsp extra virgin oil
5 sprigs of thyme
paprika for dusting
