How to Make a Delicious Oatmeal Bake with Fruit

This delicious dish can be served right out of the oven or portioned and put in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Recipe

Preheat oven 375F / 190C 40 -45. minutes

2 cups steel cut oatmeal / large flake oats
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp sugar

2 large eggs whipped
1 3/4 cups milk (warm)
1/3 cup of honey creamed or liquid
2 tsp of vanilla extract
3 Tbsp melted butter
This is an incredibly delicious easy and customizable oatmeal bake.
