How to Set Up TikTok Sleep Reminders in 2024

To begin, open TikTok and go to your profile. Tap the menu icon in the top right corner. Select Settings and Privacy. Scroll down and tap Screen Time. Now select Sleep Reminders. At the bottom, tap Set Sleep Time. Then set the time you want to stop using TikTok at night so you can go to sleep. Use the sliders to indicate the time you want to set, then tap Done. With this enabled, if you’re using TikTok when your sleep time rolls around, you’ll be reminded that it’s time to go to bed. In addition, your push notifications will be muted for 7 hours after your sleep time, so TikTok won’t be disturbing your sleep at all.

If you ever want to change your sleep time, tap Edit Sleep Time to make changes. If you want to turn sleep reminders off, simply tap the green switch to disable this feature. That’s all it takes to set up sleep reminders on TikTok.
