Make Granola At Home (Easy Granola Recipe)

This week, I’m going to show you how to make granola at home using whatever you have in your pantry! I don’t know about you, but being home all the time makes it all too tempting to grab a quick snack between meals. “Quick” being a euphemism for “unhealthy.” That’s why I’ve been churning out homemade granola in all sorts of flavors to sate any craving, whether it’s savory or sweet.

This one is plant-based gluten-free, but it’s rich, flavorful, and loaded with protein and fiber
With this framework, you can make it with whatever ingredients you have on hand to suit your dietary preferences, and I even show you a trick that will let you skip the sugar completely!

INGREDIENTS (makes 6 servings)

250 grams old-fashioned rolled oats
30 grams chia seeds
50 grams unsweetened shredded coconut
100 grams raw cashew nuts (or any nut you have on hand)
30 grams okara powder (optional)
1/3 cup coconut oil (or olive oil, or butter)
1/3 cup rice syrup (or maple syrup, or honey)
80 grams dried mango (chopped)
