【年菜】豆醬蒸金鯧魚，簡單開胃的菜餚
Steamed Golden Pomfret with Bean Paste

材料：
1条金鯧魚（800-900克）

酱料：
3瓣蒜头（剁碎）
1小块姜（剁碎）
1大匙豆酱（剁碎）
1汤匙酱油
1汤匙花雕酒/绍兴酒
装饰：
芫荽少许
青葱丝少许
辣椒丝少许
做法：
1.鱼洗净抹干，鱼身上划2刀备用
2.锅里烧热1大匙油，加入酱料爆香，取出后铺在鱼身上
3.水滚后，把鱼放入蒸锅里，大火蒸10分钟
4.取出后，放上芫荽，青葱丝和辣椒丝即可

Ingredient:
1pcs golden pomfret (800-900g)

Sauce:
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small piece of ginger (chopped)
1 tablespoon bean paste (chopped)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Huadiao/Shaoxing wine

Decorate:
Some coriander
Some shredded green onion
Some shredded chili

Practice:
1. Wash and pat dry the fish, make 2 cuts on the fish and set aside
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the sauce and sauté until fragrant, take it out and spread it on the fish
3. After the water boils, put the fish into the steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes
4. After taking it out, add coriander, shredded green onions and shredded chilies.
