100 Push Ups a Day for 30 Day's/ Challenge / DAILY VLOG
Comfort Zone Challenge Quarantine Version
I decided to make this time useful and do the best out of it.
Siting all day on my phone and watching the time passing is not an option for me so I will do a comfort zone challenge again:
1-Waking up at 4:30
2-Meditation for 1h
3-Brushing teeth’s with left hand
4-O.M.A.D. Vegan diet 23/1h fasting
5-Yoga/workout or running and 100 push up’s every day
6-Learning a new language (Spanish)
7-Cold shower
8-Daily vlog
9-Plant based cooking
10-Drinking 4L water a day
