HOW HARD is a 60 min FTP TEST?! *power drop after ''not'' training for 3 months?*

Have you ever done a sixty minute all out effort? This would be your REAL FTP! Functional Threshold Power is the power number you can (theoretically) hold for one hour. So the most accurate test to find out your FTP is by going all out for one hour and see what you got! But how hard is that? In this video I'm doing a 60 minute all out test to see how much fitness I lost over 3 months without proper training.
