I Increased FTP and VO2Max by 25watts with LOW INTENSITY TRAINING!! (full 6 week training plan)

This summer I got fit to race in only 6 weeks of structured training. I gained 25watts on FTP and Vo2MAX power and got to the strongest I've ever been. In this video I will explain how I did that with help from my coach Leon Burger from the company ROBIC.

In the 6 weeks we did 2 tests to evaluate my progression. From the first test we learned I had to increase my aerobic system and try to lower VlaMax to raise my FTP. I did a lot of tempo intervals and low cadence work to have my body adjust and the results were very good. If you are looking to get proper results in a short amount of time, don't look for short cuts online. Don't follow a standard training plan from your team mate that gave him good results because it might not work for you. Everybody is different and will need to train different to get results fast.
