Creating the perfect calorie deficit can cause stress for us when trying to calculate the plan for success. When should you adjust your calories if you are stalled in your fat loss?

The most common question I get is about how to keep fat loss going. Starting fat loss we all know it's important to focus on making positive changes. So you clean up the diet, cut out bad behaviors and before you know it things are happening.
