WEEK OF WORKOUTS | MY WORKOUT ROUTINE |4 DAY SPLIT
Hey guys, here is my Week of Workout routine at the gym. I work out at the gym 4 days a week= 4-day split. I have been pretty active my whole life, but now I have been very focused on weightlifting. My goals are to tone my back and to build my glutes, but overall continue to be active. I hope you enjoy this video(:

- Hip Thrusts
- Romanian Deadlifts
- Glute Hyperextensions
- Reverse Hack Squats
- Seated Leg Curls
Tuesday- Back 02:38 - 05:36
- Lat Pulldowns
- Cable Rows
- Single Arm Lat Pulldowns
- Straight Arm Pulldowns
- Dumbbell Rows
Wednesday - Active Rest Day (30 min walk + ab workout)
Thursday- Glutes & Quads 05:37 - 08:18
- 1 1/2 Hip Thrusts
- Sumo Deadlifts
- Bulgarian Split Squats
- Glute Medius Kickbacks
- Step Ups
Friday- Full Body 08:19 - 10:53
- Leg Press
- Assisted Pull Ups
- Cable Face Pulls
- Side Leg Raises
- Squat to Shoulder Press
Saturday *REST*
