American Bandstand 1968 - Spotlight Dance - Spooky, Classics IV

Lee Duncan, from KYNO Fresno, was right. “Spooky“ will become Dennis Yost and the Classics IV first hit song. It sits at #23 today and will go on to peak at #3 next month.
I love the C-IV and this song, but it looks like it might be a bit hard to dance to (and it’s so new, it’s possible some them might have never even heard it before). Even regulars Jim Lyle and Robin Morris (RIP) look a little "low-energy" here (move those feet Robin! :). I thought the black couple in the back were the best of the 3 pairs and should’ve had more camera time.
