BEEF CALDERETA WITH COCONUT CREAM

Ingredients:
•2-3 Tbsp Olive oil/Cooking oil (you can add more)
•2 Tbsp minced garlic
•1/2 cup red onions
•1 kl Beef meat
•1/4 cup soy sauce (silver swan)
•ground black pepper
•3-4 cups water
•200g Del monte tomato sauce
•1 small can (85g) Reno liver spread
•1-2 pc chili pepper
•1-2 pc redbell pepper
•1 cup coconut cream (i used coco mama brand)
