Hey friends!

I tried the 7 day jump rope challenge! Did it work? How much weight did I lose!? Let me just say- I was sore in places I didn't even know I had muscles! I hope you enjoyed this video and are inspired by my before & after results! I genuinely wasn't expecting to lose so many inches around my body, and the weight loss was just an added bonus (especially considering I was eating like I normally do throughout)! I ended up taking the Susie J Todd route starting at 600 jumps and adding 100 more each day. I'm so glad I did this challenge, I will definitely continue to jump rope as a warm up for my workouts.
