Pain When Doing The Bridge? Rehab Tips High Hamstring/Piriformis/Glute Pain

The bridge exercise is one of the most commonly used exercises to strength the hamstrings and gluteals and is often prescribed as part of the rehab for high hamstring tendinopathy, piriformis syndrome and glute pain. But for some people the bridge can cause more pain. In this video Maryke gives some tips on how you can adapt it and also what other exercises you could do instead.
