Charleston FD Squad 101 responds to a call
We are at quarters of Charleston Fire Department Engine 102, Engine 103, and Battalion 103 at the corner of Meeting Street and Wentworth Street in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina, where we see Squad 101, the floating EMS car, as they respond to an EMS call. Squad 101 works from 9AM to 9PM to alleviate some of the call traffic that would otherwise fall on the engine companies. After 9PM, the engine companies respond to the EMS calls. Squad 101 is a nice looking 2018 Chevy Tahoe. As the Squad pulls away, we see Rescue 115, which was coming by to drop some paperwork off for the Battalion. Rescue 115 is a 2018 Pierce Enforcer heavy rescue. It's a bit smaller than some of the other rescue rigs I have seen over the years, but it looks great in the Charleston paint scheme, which I think is reminiscent of the Chicago FD paint scheme. Anyway, enjoy the view of the response and the Rescue. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on February 11th, 2020.
