We're backpacking through El Salvador and you should too! In episode 15, we ride the local "chicken bus" to the towns of Apaneca and Nahuizalco along La Ruta de las Flores (Route of the Flowers). In Apaneca we explore the beautiful artisan craft shops, a surprisingly difficult labyrinth, and the BEST COFFEE in El Salvador! We eat some amazing El Salvadorean food in the indigenous Nahuatl town of Nahuizalco - not to be missed!

From La Ruta de las Flores, we ride towards the Pacific coast to the thriving beach town of El Tunco! El Tunco is known for its black volcanic sand and strong surf culture, and of course, food! Don't miss the DESSERT PUPUSAS!

This is our last El Salvador video before moving on to Nicaragua. The tiny country of El Salvador deserves a second look, we loved it and are so grateful for our 2 weeks there! #DontSkipElSalvador
