What I Eat In A Day To GAIN WEIGHT (ep 3)
HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT THE HEALTHY WAY.
In today's video I take you through my day of what I eat in a day to gain some healthy weight. I show you how to make my breakfast, mid day snack, lunch, mid day snack, dinner and dessert! I do NOT eat this everyday, these are just examples!
RECIPE AND CALOIRE BREAKDOWN BELOW:
TOTAL CALORIES: 3047
*Breakfast 0:17: (562 calories)
-2 eggs
-Semnah or butter/oil
-1/4 cup of chopped green onions
-salt and pepper
-cheese
-tomatoes
-cucumbers
-pita bread
*Mid morning snack 3:18: (600 calories)
-1 avocado
-1 frozen banana
-frozen pineapple
-1/2 cup of greek yogurt
-1 tbsp of chia seeds
-1 cup of spinach
-1 tbsp honey
-1 cup of oat milk
BLEND and enjoy :)
*Lunch 4:14: (834 calories)
-Turkey sandwich with cheese lettuce and tomato
-bell peppers and carrots
-chocolate almond bar
-chips
*Mid Day snack 5:13: (563 calories)
-Avocado roll
-5 chicken potstickers
*Dinner 6:34: (958 calories PER serving)
-2 Salmon filets
-Marinate: soy sauce, ginger, Serrano pepper, sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, corn starch
-broccoli
-onions
-Teriyaki sauce
-Brown rice (1 cup per serving)
-top with sesame seeds, green onions and sriracha
