20 Min At Home Workout (glutes & abs)
20 Minute At Home Workout (glutes and abs):
5-10 minutes of stretching
Warm Up:
Crab Walks: 10 steps forward and 10 steps back
Step Backs: 10 reps each leg- using grey resistance band for both^
Legs/Booty Workouts
1. Crab walk (square formation): 5 steps each side - 3 sets using grey band
2. Curtsey squat + lunge: 20 reps each leg
3. Wall Sumo Squats: 20 reps
4. Abductors: 20 reps- using black resistance band
5. Circle Kickbacks: 20 reps per leg
Ab Workouts
1. Russian Twists: 20 reps
2. Scissors: 20 reps
3. Wall press leg lift: 20 reps
