LEG DAY!!! Glute & Quad Focused Exercises/FULL WORKOUT
Leg day focusing on glutes and quads:
-Stretch
-Warm UP:
-Jump Rope 5 minutes
-Lateral crab walks (30 seconds) 2 sets
-Fire hydrants (30 seconds) 2 sets
-Superset #1
-Seated Squats (3 sets of 10 reps)
-Back Lunges with elevated front
foot (3 sets of 10 reps per leg)
-Superset #2
-Bulgarian Split Squats
(3 sets of 10 reps per leg)
-Quad band kicks
(3 sets of 12 reps per leg)
-Superset #3
-Lateral Deficit Squat
( 3 sets of 10 reps per leg)
-Gobblet squats
(Burn out: do as many as you can)
