Mini Plant-Based Pizza Using Gyoza Wrapper

Have you ever tried gyoza wrapper pizza? They are super quick and easy to make, thin and crispy, perfect as a quick meal or snacks! Today I will show you two gyoza wrapper pizza recipes, one with tomato red sauce, and one with white sauce.

🍅 Gyoza pizza with red sauce (8 mini pizzas)

8 Gyoza skin
Tomato passata sauce*
Salt
Bell pepper slices
Sweet corn
Basil or microgreens
Olive oil

*Can also be replaced by canned tomato sauce

🧅 Gyoza pizza with red sauce (8 mini pizzas)

8 Gyoza skin
Tofo 150g
Miso 1 tbsp
Nutritional yeast 2 tbsps
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Red onion dices
Mushroom
Thyme or microgreens
Olive oil

🍳 Methods

1. Place the gyoza skin on an oven tray.
2. Spread sauce on the gyoza pizza with a spoon. For the white sauce : add tofu, miso, nutritional yeast in a blender, and blend until smooth.
3. Put your favourite vegetables as pizza toppings.
3. Put in 200°C (or fan 180°C) oven for 15-20 mins, or until the gyoza skin is crispy.
4. Add olive oil, fresh herbs or microgreens on pizza.
