Novel approach for therapeutic management of cervico-vaginal prolapse in Gir cow, Minchev's Technque

Gir non pregnant cow was history of recurrent prolapse on estrous period.
We use to stop this problem by applying buttons in it.
This buttons thight vaginal wall to inner side of gluteal or Bicef femoris muscles, it's creat adhesions / fibrosis, which hold vagina to avoid prolapse.
Previously to avoid prolapse, external sutures were taken on Vulval lips but on sever straining sutures may ruptured and it creates injury, pus etc.
This is best and easy technique, while applying buttons all aseptic precautions should be taken otherwise it may leads to infection.
