Rumentomy and intestinal obstruction (Intussusception) both operation done from left side in cow.

Seven months pregnant cow was offeed only water intake, no defecation, colic symptoms.
Symptomatic treatment given but no response.
On clinical examination as in video, cow revealed foreign bodies in rumen,reticulum and Intussusception.
Rumentomy and Intussusception both operation done continuous from left side.
Cow passed feaces within 9 hours after operation.

This is very easy method of operation on field.
This type of operation save time and reduce cost of treatment.
